Evan was fantastic. Very flexible with our check in time (I wanted to drop off flowers and groceries to receive my family) and responsive throughout the process. The house was just as described: clean, spacious and location was perfect. I live on Stanford campus with my husband and it took us 8 minutes to commute. Nice neighborhood, close to Safeway, Bevmo, restaurants... I could not recommend this location more. My family was very comfortable and we're all thankful to Evan for letting us stay there! Thank you!
This property is beautifully clean.there was no difficulty with finding the keys and settling in after our long flight.
Provision of tea coffee and washing materials was a welcome bonus.
Instructions on how to operate the TV would have been appreciated
Evan's apartment was very comfortable. It's large and in a great location. Although it faces the street, the street is a quiet one so there was little traffic noise. The kitchen was sufficiently, if not extensively, stocked. The only complaints we had were that the floors were quite squeaky (we were traveling with an easy-to-wake 2-year old) and the walls were thin so we could hear the neighbors. Overall we were happy with our stay.
Evan was great - friendly, clear, and it was easy to communicate with him! The apartment was as pictured with no surprises, in a nice neighborhood near Stanford. Overall the stay was terrific!
