This duplex apartment will brighten any stay. I originally built this for long term leases, but after much dismay with the outcome I am now converting it to short-term stays. It is my fourth one in Gallia County. My places are “our little...” series if you choose to look them up for my style of decor. You can enter without climbing steps directly in the kitchen and be greeted with an eclectic look that will welcome you with warmth. You can sit on the back deck, while sipping your coffee.

The space
You have the whole apartment and can enjoy the large yard. Parking is directly by the door. A full size washer, dryer, frig. and stove are included in the unit, along with the cabinets filled with all you need to cook. All small appliance are included too.

The setting is rural but in two nice roads and very near U S Route 35. The property sits on two acres, which has three sort term and two long terms. It is very quiet and safe.
