We did not end up staying here, but were upgraded to the "Best Location Stuido Apartment" at the last minute. So, that being the case, I am actually giving a review of a different apartment. Patrick left the keys at this apartment for us to pick, which was quite difficult at 8.30 pm after a day of air travel and not knowing the city. But we ended up finding buses there and a taxi from this apartment to ours.
Patrick's places in Montreal are great, worth the money and cool! It is all about being relaxed and enjoying the life...I return again and again to Patrick's different places!
I had a great stay at Patrick's apartment. Cozy spot in a great neighborhood. Patrick made it easy for us to come and go. We felt right at home. I'd definitely stay again.
We had a very short stay and did not get to meet Patrick but the house was very artsy and full of character! The bed was very comfortable ! And it was nice to have a free parking spot in the back. All in all I would reccomend staying here : ).
Patrick was a wonderful host! His place is very comfortable with lots of cool art. Patrick is a generous, easy-going person, always making sure you have what you need. The location itself is great! In awesome mile end neighbourhood... there are coffee shops close by, bagels, restaurants, interesting shops... and it is easy to get downtown (one bus ride)... metro is a short walk away.
Patrick welcomed my girlfriend and I in his apartment in Montreal for 5 nights. To say the least, the description is very accurate: the place is indeed groovy and Patrick's good vibes will let you have a very quiet stay in this beautiful city.
In addition to being a very nice host, Patrick was very helpful (we did not know the neighbourhood). We recommend his place if you want to stay in Montreal.
