Nell and Jim are extremely nice and attentive hosts. To be honest we felt almost like being at some relatives house. They invited us to have a diner at their place and also gave all the tips we needed to go around. We had also some cold drinks in the fridge and coffee/tea to start the first morning, that what very kind attention. Nell was very easy to communicate and sent detailed plan how to get the house etc etc. The house is great, extremely well decorated and done with personal touch. You can find anything you need to cook and relax. Very clean and well equipped (aire con in the main bedroom). The double bed in the main bedroom should be around 140cm, so if you are big or used to bigger beds, it may be a point to take into consideration. If you are a cat lover, this is a paradise, if you are not, make sure you keep the house door/windows closed, as they may come inside. Special regards to the big Croquette, I was tempted to take him back with me ;) I would definitely recommend to stay at Nell’s place, not only you will have the clean and comfortable house, but also you will be in touch with very friendly and nice people. Thank you a lot Jim and Nell for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay with Nell and Jim;during the hot days we experienced lovely moments in the shadow of the garden, which resembled a little paradise corner (not to mention how nice it was to have breakfast or dinner there!). The interior of the guest house was of a high quality and nicely decorated, with a very well-equiped kitchen. As for Nelle and Jim they were very kind, and funny. We enjoyed the conversation and moments we shared with them, in particular while having dinner together.

What to say about the stay? A nice place, really for holiday, charming and relaxing. And the best, Nell and Jim, which were all time available and even more! Ready to exchange mediterranean meals and musical moments. Thanks!

Wie enjoyed our stay at Nell and Jim's house a lot. The House with all its fabulous details was superbly equipped and spacious and very comfortable. Our hosts were great, we enjoyed their generosity and their advice (and their Music collection and The dinner ...). We will always remember our stay in Elne. Elne itself is a nice little town with a great bakery (try the baguette origine), local shops and a market on Friday. It's close to the nice beaches of St. Cyprien and the Roussilon vineyards.

We had a wonderful stay with Nell and her husband. We hit it off immediately with the two of them, who are extremely friendly and generous people. The house we stayed in was lovely and suit us perfectly. In the mornings we had breakfast in the garden and invariably ended up in conversion with our hosts, who told us the best places to go to avoid the tourist traps. Their home is in a very convenient location, but still well away from the hordes of vacationers in Southern France in July. Our stay was exactly what I would have hoped for, but never really expected to find. We were sad to leave and will certainly return to visit our new friends.
