This little cottage is the perfect place to stop and enjoy a quiet evening under a sky full of stars. It is located less than 30 mins from Tallahassee, 15 mins from Havana (Florida, not Cuba) and 15 mins from Quincy. Located on 5F Farm Event Center. Please check our website calendar to ensure your ideal stay.

The space
The cottage is a quaint 2 room home, with 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. One room contains a queen size bed, the other has a couch that lays flat to become a full size bed. There is WiFi on the premises and in the cottage. A washer/dryer set completes the home away from home feel.

Guest access
The cottage is yours to feel at home. Feel free to explore the fields from the front fence to the back tree line. If you have an ATV, there is an ATV trail that starts in the far trees to the right of the cottage. Families with pets are welcome. Please accompany them at all times and bring any waste back to the nearest trash receptacle.

Other things to note
The house at the back of the property is a private residence. For your safety, please do not enter the fenced area.

Do not climb the stages.

Always let us know if you are bringing a pet. We have many wild animals and strays and we do not want to mistake your pet as wildlife.

Pet Damage: Damages caused by pets will result in additional $50 fee.

Neighborhood highlights

5F Farms is located in the rural outskirts between Havana and Quincy so it is the perfect place for a peaceful respite. At night, we encourage our guests to stargaze. You are welcome to explore. You may even get to see the kids and goats in your exploration but please don't cross the fence line.

In Havana, there are several little shops run by local residents in the Dogtown area and on Havana Main Street. In Quincy, there are several hole-in-the-wall places, like La Michoachana, Mama's House and El Torero.

Throughout the year, 5F Farms is available for rent for guests looking to host an event. On most Sundays, a Soccer Tournament is held by a member of the community. During certain times of the year, the property may host various events including the Havana Reggae Festival in April.

Without Faith, this dream would never have taken hold; Without Family and Friends, we might not have gotten back up when we were down; Without Fidelity, we might have faltered in our path; Without fun,... well, that’s the whole point. The goal is to bring a vibrant culture to our community that can be passed down from generation to generation. With that in mind, we aim for our story to always be continued.
