Downstairs you will find a comfortable leather sectional, an electric fireplace, a 42" big screen tv with dvd player and netflix streaming, a dining table that seats 6, and a fully equipped kitchen, all located in a fabulous open space with large windows and concrete floors, great for sharing with friends or family. Up the steel and wood staircase, there are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, each with their own bathroom and balcony. Enjoy a leisurely meal alfresco at the the large outdoor balcony/patio off the master bedroom. Grill your own dinner on the propane grill and enjoy the quiet fenced in yard dotted with young trees and native landscaping. The guest bedroom balcony offers dappled views of downtown through the trees. Two full size air mattresses are available should you need to sleep extra people.
Some great local east side eateries are within a couple minutes drive - those on Manor road, and also those in the east 6th area, and you can access downtown in less than 10 minutes, or the popular South Congress shopping/dining area in 15 minutes. We have a single car garage for you to park your car and the condo is located off the street and through a gated yard, making it extra secure. The light-rail and city bus stops are also in walking distance should you be traveling without a car.
Just one block off Airport Blvd, this home offers quick and easy
access out of town with a short 15 minute drive to the Airport.
