This cozy one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in Brainerd, an up-and-coming neighborhood only ten minutes' drive from downtown Chattanooga and the Chattanooga airport. Although close to Chattanooga's shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries, the location feels secluded, making the apartment exceptionally peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy your own kitchenette, living room, and smart TV. The unit is attached to a house, but you have your own private entrance as well as a private patio.

The space
Fur babies are welcome for a $20 pet fee. The house has a large, gated yard, so feel free to bring your pups and let them run around. I do have a small dog that is sometimes in the yard as well, but she is extremely friendly and quiet.

Please note there are stairs at the property. Street parking is available right at the bottom of the steps that leads to your apartment. If stairs are an issue, please let me know and I can make arrangements for driveway parking so there are fewer stairs to climb.

There are additional towels and blankets available in the bedroom closet.
