This house was originally built in the 1930's and in 2008 I added over 600 sq ft and completely renovated it from the cathedral ceilings down to the tavern-tine tiles. From brand new appliances to the new hardwood floors. Nothing was spared. I take great pride in my house and very fortunate to live in the best area in Austin, a part of the city that can't be topped with it comes to location and that authentic Austin feel.
House is located on Willow St. a rare, historical, beautiful block on the East side and walking distance to the newest and hippest places to eat and drink or to downtown to catch the latest live show.

Strong WiFi which is great if you need to work. Positive reviews from companies who needed a place to work in a peaceful environment.
I have used Airbnb on dozens of occasions and always amazed at how awesome people can be to each other. I ask that you be respectful of my space (and our neighbors) as I would in your house.
No smoking or pets.
Great host. Exactly as described. Walking distance to Rainey and 6ths street bars. Would recomend with 5 (website hidden) was great to work with and easy going.
House was very clean and organized. The visit to Austin was a great experience!
Kade was great! He accommodated an early arrival time and a later departure time for us. We were welcomed with a Starbucks gift card and a clean home. The location is just close enough to downtown Austin and a short walk to Rainey Street. It's a nice neighborhood street with kind neighbors. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this house for a weekend, the location was perfect, right next to Rainey Street and all the festivities found there. Close enough that people can all stumble home at various hours without getting lost! Awesome deck to chill on in backyard also.
Stayed at the house for a weekend with some friends. The pictures listed are an accurate description. Nice furniture and decor. There was also a backyard with some seating that was nice. Kade made everything easy and simple and even had new toiletries waiting for us to go with a Starbucks gift card. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. No complaints about the house at all. I'd recommend staying at this house.
I'd say this house fits 4 or 5 comfortable by all standards and up to 8 or 9 if you don't cramming it in.
Enjoyed the location. Within a 15 min walk to Rainey and 6th st or a cheap Uber ride. Quiet street so we didn't feel like we were in the middle of the madness. Very close to La Barbecue with was one of my favorite experiences in Austin.
Great house in a really convenient part of the city. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars.
The place was just as described. We had a small bachelor party in Austin and this was homebase for us. At 6 adults it was just the right size. The backyard was great and quiet. The sound system and TV was fantastic for getting into the groove before going out for the night (and catching a little March Madness). Bed's comfy and the place was immaculately clean. Location was even better than originally planned being just a short walk to the heart of Rainey street. Would definitely stay here again.
