This is cosy private studio attached to a newly built family home just steps from peaceful Yoyogi Park and Meiji Shrine.
Shinjuku and Harajuku is 3 minutes by train from Yoyogi Station, and Shibuya is 6 minutes.
The space
Our room is good for couple or small family. This comfortable unit is a cozy studio with its own private entrance and is just minutes from Yoyogi station.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, showerroom without bath, New linen for every booking, One bath towel and face towel per every person and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
This room, themed “Fusion of Japanese and Western styles,” was selected for the Japan Wabunka Grand Prix 2024 by the Japan Cultural Promotion Project.

There is a coin-operated laundry on the first floor of a nearby apartment building that is also available.

If you are carrying a large suitcase, you may find the room small. Our other listing in the same building is larger. We recommend you to stay there.
There is a train track near the building where this room is located. Many guests who have stayed in this room say that they like the unique Japanese scenery. And the train noise is not too much of a problem. However, if you are a light sleeper or are worried about your sleep, please refrain from staying here.
The bedroom is accessed by a ladder-type staircase. Therefore, it is not suitable for elderly people or infants. Please check the photos of the listing.

1) Can I choose the available dates?
Our calendar is always up to date. We also accept last-minute reservations. Please provide a brief self-introduction of all guests in the first email. Based on that, we can also accommodate any requests you may have.
2) Can I check in early or check out late?
Check-in time: After 3pm. Late arrivals are fine. Check-out time: 10:00 AM or earlier
Currently, we are unable to accept requests for early check-in or late check-out due to high booking volume.
3) Is there a place to store luggage?
Sorry, we don't have one.
Many train stations have lockers that can store large suitcases.
Shinjuku Station has many large coin lockers.
Alternatively, we recommend using a luggage delivery service.

Our affordable and reliable delivery service will make your journey more comfortable.
If you ship your luggage from the airport, you can easily travel around the city and have your luggage delivered directly to your home at your convenience.
4) How to get to the apartment How do I check in?
The address, walking route from the nearest station, and contact details are listed in the check-in guide that we will send you a few weeks before your arrival. If you do not have access to the internet, please print out the check-in guide in advance.
5) Can I change the number of people or add beds?
We have a variety of bedding options, but for safety reasons, we do not allow more than the number of people listed. Thank you for your understanding.
6) Why is the price displayed different from what is listed?
The price displayed is the total amount of accommodation fee + cleaning fee + service fee.
1. Price per night (number of people) x number of nights
2. Cleaning fee (a cleaning fee will be charged once per stay)
3. Service fee (usually 15% is charged by Airbnb)
Weekly price: Prices may vary depending on peak holidays and special events. Please enter your stay dates to check the exact price.
7) Will the beds be made and cleaned during my stay?
We will greet you with clean sheets and changed sheets at check-in.
To ensure privacy, we will not enter your room during your stay.
If you would like to have your linens changed for a long stay, please let us know and we will do so for an additional fee.
8) If you have any other questions, we will answer them through Airbnb chat!

If you require garbage collection during your stay, there will be a fee.
Our staff will come to collect your garbage on the day you specify.
