Custom built by your hosts in 2017, this 1800sqf home comes with mountain views! About 4 mi to dwntwn AVL, conveniently located off the highway, this is the perfect spot to relax and still be close to everything! Open concept with primary suite on main level. We strive to be eco conscious and low waste!

Minutes from UNCA!

The patio is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, grill up some dinner or sit around the fire pit.
You can also enjoy the game or a movie on the outdoor TV under the café lights! YouTube TV provided. Streaming services (log in to your account) available on both TVs.

The main level is open concept with kitchen, dining and living room. Primary bedroom with CA king sized bed, bathroom with rain head shower and walk in closet.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a shared bathroom with tub/shower combo and loft area with a sofa bed, tv, books, toys and games!

Enjoy the view from the 2nd story deck or patio.

Guests have access to the entire property including outdoor area, fire pit(firewood provided), gas grill, tv and comfy outdoor furniture.

Other things to note
Please no smoking of any kind on the premises.
Absolutely no pets/animals, due to allergies and safety concerns. Many places nearby have pet friendly options!
Neighborhood quiet time is 10pm.
We are a low waste home. We do not provide single use products. Please ask if you have questions about what’s available :-)
