Trapper's Landing 39 is a lovingly cared for two-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a sleeping den and a private hot tub. The living room features a fireplace with gorgeous surrounding brick work, a large flat screen TV, and the lamps feature amber light bulbs for luxurious ambiance. Just off of the living room is a private balcony with a wonderful patio set, perfect for a sunny summer day! There is a gas barbeque on the private balcony, and a charcoal barbeque on the lower patio by the hot tub.

The space
With seating for six at the dining table and four at the bar, plus all of the seating space in the living room and den, it's the perfect home for entertaining friends or having a family gathering. The den downstairs can be used as a cool hangout room for kids or teens with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV.

The homeowners have taken great consideration to guest's wants and needs, so for anyone that needs to work while on holiday, the owners have included a printer available for guest use.

This home has a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony), a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a tri-bunk and a queen-sized sofabed in the sleeping den. There are also ceiling fans in all three of these rooms to offer a cool breeze!

Trapper's Landing is approximately a 5-to-7 minute walk to the main village, and the secondary entrance to the complex is just across from the new Orient Express chairlift for a convenient way to start your day.

Ski-in access is by way of the Mt Morrisey Connector on Sundance, which is connected to a number of other runs (Rambler, East Village Ski Way, Carpe Diem, etc.).

Ski-out access is by heading across the street to the Orient Express chairlift, or continuing just past that over to the Morrisey Express. Right nearby these two chairlifts is the Umbrella Cafe which is a great pitstop in the winter to grab a snack to keep you going on the hills!

Across the street by the Skier Underpass is an entrance to the valley trail which runs along hole 17 of the golf course and will lead you to the main village.

The next closest complexes are Crystal Forest on one side and McGillivray Creek across the street.
