> Turn off the AC when doors and windows are kept open and when you are leaving the apartment.

> Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, if guest feels the need to smoke, please do so on the back porch while windows and doors are closed. There will be a charge of USD $250 if the apartment is smelling like smoke.

> Absolutely no marijuana smoking in the apartment or on the property.

> The garbage dumpster has a little red door and it is located next to the security post.

>There is a replacement cost of USD $150 for missing towels or linen, as well as, a charge for any damages or other loss .

> please do not iron your clothes on the bed. There is a iron and a ironing board in the utility room. There is a USD $100 charge for damage bed linens

> Guest are allowed one parking space and they must park in their designated parking space which is #9

> Please be considerate of your neighbors who live on the property.

> Please read the house rules, In the case of significant violation of house rules, the reservation will be immediately terminated and all fees and monies will be forfeited.

Guest can self check in with the key box at the entrance of the property. We will be available 24/7 throughout your stay. When checking out you can leave the gate remote in the key box at the gate. Please do not check in before 2 pm, the cleaners may still be at the apartment getting the space ready for the next guest.
