STEAM ROOM
Are you reserving for a group? Please share this notice with everyone you are hosting. STEAM ROOM ADVISORY: All guests are fully responsible and liable for their well-being, health and safety while at the property. Using ALCOHOL prior to or during steaming is absolutely FORBIDDEN; steam does not mix with a full stomach, pregnancy, altered states of mind or high blood pressure. Know your limits and observe them please. Thank you.
THE ECOLOGY
Summer visitors, please know the AC will not go lower than 75 degrees between 9am and 9pm. The spring limit is 73 for ecological and economical reasons.
PETS
Bring bowls, food and bedding, you can bring two pups with pet fees. No pets during the summer months; please board your pup unless it has very short hair and you can send a photo. Once shed upon, twice shy; sorry.
TESLA
Free electric vehicle charger! Please plug in after 9pm. The outlet is 220, Level One; bring your adapter.

Some holidays require a three-night reservation.

Guest access
No one but you will be on the property during your stay. All three bedrooms, both baths and the patios are at your service.
Should you wish to use the Rec Room, look for the link to the legal and safety notices required for the access code. It's in the welcome message. : )
Other things to note
- Permanent residents on both sides; they can hear you! Keep the noise down, especially after dark.
- We love quiet, careful people especially. PLEASE, no “fragrant” cooking that leave residual odors!
- DO NOT RIDE THE GATE.
- Damage repairs will be billed at $85/hr for labor, $50/hour for travel time from Los Angeles, and at cost of materials needed. We will show receipts for replacement parts.
