This is a charming vintage New England Salt Box cottage, built in 1940, lovingly restored and up to date. There are wonderful details like tin lined drawers, built in desk, beautiful curved lathe and plaster walls, hardwood floors, and stained woodwork. There are 3 floors, and like most houses from the 40s, the rooms are small but private. Pet friendly, fully fenced large back yard, dog door. Up to 2 dogs allowed.

Cyndi's place is a unique house on a quiet street; we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings. It was a great home base for the shakespeare festival. It is a little walk to get across campus but during nice weather very doable. Thank you Cyndi for sharing your place.

This cottage was perfect! Impeccably clean, well appointed, comfortable and better than the pictures showcase. We were extremely happy with our stay and hope to stay here again in the future.

This was our first experience using Airbnb and we would definitely return to this charming house! We really enjoyed learning about the history of the home. It's location is on a beautiful tree-lined street and in close proximity to downtown Cedar City.

Nana’s cottage was exactly what we needed. It had plenty of space and nice backyard for our dogs. It was just like staying at grandmas house.
