Guests have access to the yard/garden, outdoor deck with BBQ grill, and one SHARED parking space, which operates on a first-come-first-served basis with the Silverlake Fruits and Veggies Unit. Additionally, street parking on both sides of our street is unrestricted.
In order to make your stay a lovely one and insure the property remain in pristine conditions, we ask the following.
No parties or gatherings.
No more than 4 guests on the premises.
No loud music OR outside gatherings between 8pm and 10am.
No filming, no photo shoots, no band practices.
Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down during evening hours 8pm to 10am.
THIS INCLUDES NO GATHERINGS OUTSIDE IN THE YARD AFTER 8pm.
No smoking inside the unit. If you need to smoke you must do so outside and properly dispose of your cigarettes, cigars etc. properly (put them in the trash)

I wasn't able to stay here due to the previous guests smoking a lot inside of the house. The hosts were communicative and understanding. Almost one entire day of my vacation was ruined because of it, but it wasn't actually their fault, anyway. I know it was probably also frustrating for them to have deal with the circumstances. Seems like a fairly nice place to stay, otherwise. People, don't smoke a bunch of cigarettes inside of someone else's house– that's terrible.
This apartment was amazing. Really well kept, super clean and more than enough awesome amenities. Beautiful Neighborhood. Amazing Yard. Very Very worth the daily rate.
The apartment was gorgeous and very clean. We used the fully stocked kitchen every day and even ate lemons and oranges straight from the garden. The apartment entrance is in the back of the house so it felt very private-we had our own little oasis! We never got to park in the parking space, but we always found parking on the block. We had a very relaxing stay in the apartment and really enjoyed the neighborhood as well- 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants on Sunset Blvd.
This place was fantastic--just as described, with plenty of space and lots of natural light! The bedroom was quiet and cozy, with a great mattress. Gorgeous kitchen, and we loved the TV. The spa bathroom is exactly as pictured. We had great weather so were able to eat each meal outside in the garden. I would highly recommend. Camille was very available, and best of all, we didn't need her for anything, because everything went smoothly. Sometimes we had to park a block away, but the neighborhood felt perfectly safe.
bonnie & camille's place is exactly as described in the listing! it was well-appointed and clean, the back deck space was calm and peaceful, and the bed is comfortable. gets great light all day long, which was a huge bonus. camille was proactive in responding to a minor issue we had, as well. recommended!
The property was beyond my expectations and the description given. Clean, large and bright with great bathroom and garden. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet space to relax in LA.
Amazing! My girlfriend and I stayed for three days and loved it. Very clean, very comfortable, very tastefully decorated, quiet, a lot of privacy. The best part for me was the backyard/garden. Really enjoyed having coffee out on the wooden deck in the morning and picking avocados and lemons. Hosts were easy to reach, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.
