We r just 5 mins to town and a short 8 min drive to the beaches!
The BGB En-Suite is a large bright open space with a view of the pool from ur comfy king bed….
Offered r 2 beautiful modern bathrooms, closet and "closet kitchen"(see photo)w small fridge/freezer, toaster, new Breville Microwave/Conv Oven Duo and Keurig’s Dual Brew!
Enjoy breakfast treats, water, snacks and the occasional adult beverage provided for special occasions! Acoustic Taylor Guitar, Indoor and outdoor dining/work table and chairs, Beach chairs, towels, bikes, lounges, games, umbrella, gas grill, modular couch, bedside Phone/Watch/Pod Chargers, Fast Wifi, soft sheets and fluffy towels complete the comfy spot.
Ur space and ours r connected by a locked door. Your privacy is important, so it stays locked during ur stay! We have cats on OUR side, but they have never put a paw in ur place.
Wildlife friendly!

*Pool is open May- September.
*POOL is not HEATED but CAN be, w 24 hr notice. The cost of Propane is extreme these days so the daily price to heat will change accordingly. Heated Temp averages around 78-82. July/Aug rarely need xtra heat.

We are a peaceful, centrally located, gated, Barn- style home in the woods. If u like to hike, we r close to some beautiful trails to hike/bike. We r a short 5 mins to EH Village center, 8 mins to Ocean beaches, 10 mins to Sag Harbor and bay beaches, 20 mins to Montauk, 10 mins to local wineries and super convenient to all sorts of fantastic eating drinking and exploring.
