The MyCiti bus stop is around the corner. The train station is a 5-minute drive or a 10–15 minute walk.
LOADSHEDDING:
Please note Cape Town experiences load shedding. During these times, appliances won’t work but WiFi will stay on. Safety lights are provided and lifts remain operational.

You will have the whole apartment for yourself, you have got access to the pool area and we provide you with a free and secured parking bay.
We have a small team that will look after you during your stay. Any issues will be attended during the hours 8am-6pm. For any urgent matters in the evenings and nights, we are available through the phone.
The building is located a few minutes from The Company's Garden, the best restaurants & bars, museums; and a 10-15 minute walk from the CTICC
Explore Cape Town city center by foot (during the day). When you visit other parts in the city, we advice you to grab an Uber - the most reliable and safe transportation mean in town.
→ Please note this place is offered as a self catering unit. We do not change linen & towels with stays shorter than 8 days. We supply some basic essentials to get you started, and guests can purchase additional items as needed during their stay. The cleaning fees paid at the time of booking cover the final clean after your stay. For stays of 8 nights and longer, we offer a complimentary weekly clean.
- You might hear some music coming from the bars, in the nights. We have got double glazed windows to block it as much as possible. Please don't book this unit if you're noise sensitive.
- Please note that our building does not offer luggage storage. We will do our best to store your luggage in the apartment, but this is only possible after 11am on your check-in day and until 1pm on your check-out day. For storage outside these hours, we recommend using "Bagdrop."
- Breaking one of our house rules will result in an immediate end of the reservation with no refund
- Copies of guests' IDs should be provided to us before the arrival day so we can register them in the building's security system - (PROPIA - approved)
We ask guests to familiarise themselves with potential environmental issues relating to travel in South Africa and Cape Town, which may fall outside of our control. It is the guest’s responsibility to read into it. These include (but not limited to) unscheduled power outages - load shedding, water shortages, weather & wind conditions, safety and security, local transport, visa requirements, etc. The guest should also look into the neighbourhood they book their Airbnb so they know what to expect. We don’t give refunds for issues or concerns related to any of these issues. Feel free to reach out if you need further information on any of these topics.
Loadshedding information:
Please know we are affected by load shedding. When affected, appliances will not be working in the apartment. WIFI will stay on. We offer safety lights and lifts are working. Guests can download the app “EskomSePush” for live updates. It is the guest’s responsibility to read in to the matter. No refunds will be given for concerns/issues related to this.
ID Verification Required
As part of the building’s body corporate regulations, we ask for a copy of the ID or passport of each guest staying at the property. Your details will be securely stored in a system that complies with the South African Privacy Act (POPIA).
Please note that check-in cannot be completed without this information. This measure is in place to help maintain the safety of the building.
