This is one of few homes in this area that has this feature.

The space

My loft is conveniently located in Montreal at a 5 min walk from Lionel-Groulx metro station (will bring you downtown in 5 minutes). It is calm, quiet and has a nice terrace and rooftop pool during the summer !
You will be alone in my loft as there is one bedroom.
It has 590 sf (55m2), and is located in the Imperial Loft Project. It has 13 ft ceilings, giving it a spacious feel, and has an industrial look.
The back door (courtyard) will take you to my terrace on which you can barbecue or sit down and relax.
It is fully furnished, has air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, and includes access to a 3-room gym and an urban cottage on the roof (outdoor pool, pool table, fireplace, lounge area). Has dishwasher, washer and dryer, and of course all the normal things you need to feel like home. Bath/shower in the bathroom. There is a 42 inch with a few channels.
The loft has one separate bedroom with a Queensize bed so it is perfect for 1 or 2 persons.

The loft is located 10 min walk from the Atwater Market. Right next to the market, you can bikeon the bike path along the Lachine Canal.
The bike path leads in particular to Old Montreal which you can also reach easily by subway.
There is one hybrid bicycle (for tall person) that can be made available (ask before) but you can also use the Bixi rental service located closed to the Loft.

Amenities : Everything you need is in short walking distance (5-10 min) : Grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, metro station.
The metro is a 5 minute walk and serves two important lines of the city. You will be in downtown Montreal in a few minutes !

The district has also several cafes and restaurants. For example, among those less than 5 minutes walk :
-Le Bitoque, Portuguese restaurant BYOW
-Cafe St-Henri -> Owner and roaster, J-F Leduc, is well known by coffee lovers for its expertise in the field.
There are many others in the vinicity and there is also a marvelous english pub called the Burgundy Lion, a 10-15 min walk for if you want to taste local and international beers, as well as great food and the famous Quebec poutine, even with blue cheese for the adventurous.

The most important movie complex in town is a 20 min walk away (Cineplex Forum, in the building where the Montreal Canadians Hockey Club used to play).

Montreal is also a central point of access and convenient for the following destinations: 2h30 drive from Quebec City. Near the country (1h and 2h of the Eastern Townships and Mont-Tremblant) and less than an hour from the U.S. border: Boston (5h), New York (6h). Ottawa is at 2h and Toronto / Niagara 5h.
