This luxurious apartment has been completely renovated to become the perfect apartment. It has been designed by one of the best architects in Madrid, mixing the classic character typical of this area with modern details, all dominated by simplicity and sobriety and incredible natural lighting. Every detail has been taken care of so that your stay is unique. It is a perfect apartment for families or business trips with capacity for 8 people.

The apartment has everything you need to be your home in Madrid. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1: It has a double bed of 1.90x1.50 and a bathroom en suite with shower Bedroom 2: It has a double bed of 1.90x1.50 and a large dressing room. The bathroom of this bedroom is in the dining room. Bedroom 3: It has two single beds of 1.90x90, a dressing room and a bathroom en suite with shower. Bedroom 4: It has two single beds of 1.90x90 and a bathroom en suite with shower. All bedrooms have AC and heating. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, has a breakfast bar that is perfect for breakfast. The apartment also has: WIFI, bed linen, towels, hair dryer (one in each bathroom). In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.

The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you.

The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay.

Over the next few months, renovations will be carried out on the building due to the installation of an elevator (which is currently unavailable). These renovations will be scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We hope this will not be a major inconvenience during your stay.

Other things to note
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay.

It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest.

At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
