Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The space

The restaurant is extraordinary, the convenience store offers fresh local produce, and an antique shop offers beautiful and valuable souvenirs. The site is also home to shared apartments, families, yoga, physio and offices.

In summer you may sunbathe on the quay in front of the house and all year round you can swim in the lake, from June to October with pleasant water temperatures.
Your loft is part of a group of historic buildings in the old town of Vevey. Built in 1840 and renovated from 2005 to 2015 on original substance with natural materials. The wall heaters are made of clay.
Please note a caveat: the proximity to the lake (Léman) is wonderful, but you are in the heart of the city. Other people also enjoy the Quai, sometimes until very late, especially on warm summer nights. The loft is two floors up, but you will still hear some noise from time to time.

Next to the patio door is the air intake of the restaurant kitchen on the ground floor. Sensitive ears may be disturbed by the noise of the ventilation. From 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. the system is switched off. If not, please inform the restaurant before they close!
The other residents in our community have all agreed to keep their voices low after 10pm and to leave the terrace at midnight. If this is not the case, please speak to them. They are cool and probably invite you to share a drink.
