The Lomas de San Juan subdivision is a quiet place with little noise. No more than 100 meters away there are shops that sell household goods, cheese, eggs, meat, and spices. In this tour in my point of view the vehicle is not necessary, the car can be used to visit the tourist sites away from Oaxaca center, such as the archaeological zone of Monte Alban which is 5 km from the house;
The ancient Tule tree is approximately 15 km away. Teotitlán Del Valle, where handicrafts are made on looms, is 25 km away. On the same route, you will find Tlacolula, Yagul, Mitla, and Hierve el Agua, among other places of interest. On other routes, you will find places of interest such as the former convent of Cuilápam de Guerrero, where General Vicente Guerrero spent the last night of his life.
