Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Our Tiny Home sits on our farm called, Tenacity. It is a separate home attached to our home by a wrap around porch. The Tiny House is 800 sqft located on 70 rolling acres of north central Kentucky. This farm has a rhythm that will slow your heart rate, clear your lungs, and revive your spirit. Fireflies light your summer evening under the night sky. Amish families in their black buggies smile and greet you as you pass them on the road.

The space
The main floor consists of the living room, kitchen/dining area, the main bedroom and the large bathroom. In the loft is a reading nook overlooking a pasture frequented by deer, squirrels and fox. Two, colorful single beds provide sleeping space for additional guests. A stow away inflatable bed for a small child is also available.
Please keep in mind that we live at the end of a half mile gravel road. High performance cars that sit real low will not find the gravel road safe. I drive a Toyota Yaris and can navigate it easily. Family friendly vehicles should have no issues.

Guest access
The entire tiny home.

Other things to note
Located 45 miles to Louisville and Covington, and only 1 hour away from both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. And only 10 mins to I-71.
Please note that we live at the end of a half mile gravel road. Vehicles that sit low to the ground like high performance autos will likely find the gravel road challenging.

Neighborhood highlights

We live on a 70 acre farm with two creeks and rolling Kentucky countryside. we have 30 Amish families within 5 miles of the farm. we are on a hill at the end of a half mile gravel road. The road condition can deteriorate significantly in rainy weather. We drive it regularly with a tiny Toyota Yaris. Just take your time and go slow. The lane is not wide enough for two vehicles to use it at the same time. If you encounter another vehicle coming from the opposite direction, look for the several places along the road where you can pull over a bit and let the other vehicle pass.

Hello! We are Bob and Debbie Brocious. We are both recently retired but very active in our community. We enjoy our Amish families that live all around us as well as our large garden and volunteer work with Hospice and a local nursing home and assisted living facility. The farm has been my home for 22 years.
