Welcome to our great 30m² apartment in the heart of Toulouse! You will love the tranquility of our lovely courtyard, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

We redone everything in 2019 with a spacious and comfortable bathroom. The large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and a washing machine will make your stay more enjoyable.

The seating area with a super comfortable sofa bed and dining table is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. A fully-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster is perfect for preparing your meals.

For a peaceful night, the bedroom is in the basement and is equipped with an ultra-comfortable bed and colorful LED lights to create a pleasant atmosphere. Fiber optics and a Samsung tablet are also available to you, so you can stay connected.

There's loads of parking in the surrounding streets or in public parking. Whether you are on vacation or on a business trip, our apartment is easily accessible and in a great location. You are only a 5-minute walk from Matabiau station, metro and airport shuttle.
