The space
Our spacious open floor penthouse apartment (46 m2) is luxuriously furnished with a queen size bed and a seating area with two sofas and two smart flat-screen TVs, one of which offers Netflix and HBO max while the other offers premium cable. There's also a well equipped kitchen and a large dining room table. In the bathroom you will find a spare set of towels, as well as soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer. There is floor heating throughout the apartment and of course air-conditioning for the summer. Washer, dryer and an ironing board are at your disposal in the laundry room down the hall, as well as a steam iron located in the wardrobe.
The apartment comes with free fiber-optics Wi-Fi and a private, code-accessed parking spot reserved for you during your stay.

Note luxury apartment is located right next to the Main Railway Station, the well-known Importanne Shopping Center, and a fitness park. Just beside it are the Botanical Gardens on the one side, and on the other Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall with two beautiful cafès, People’s Council, Palace of Justice, Ministry of Justice, Croatian Railway Museum and the Main Bus Station. The main square is a 15 minute walk away and the famous Dolac marketplace a leisurely 20. There are many eye-captivating places around the apartment, such as the Art Pavilion, Croatian National Theater, Archaeological Museum and Mimara Museum which has the greatest Croatian collection of art worldwide. Also, a brief walk will take you to Strossmayerovo šetalište, an Upper City promenade with a beautiful view of the city, famous for its street theaters and festivals.
