A lovely house available to rent - 1 king size bedroom with TV, 1 double bedroom, lounge dining room, beautiful family bathroom, kitchen breakfast room, downstairs toilet, gorgeous secure garden, off street parking in a leafy peaceful suburb of NW Bristol with easy access to the M5 at Avonmouth and Cribbs Causeway, 2 miles to the Downs and Clifton and the University halls of residence in BS9.

The space
The house was completely renovated 3 years ago and is very comfortable and contemporary. It's very welcoming and everyone who visits loves it. However, it probably isn't suitable for toddlers or young children as there are no stair gates, child safety locks etc. The front two bedrooms are the guest bedrooms. There is a third bedroom which remains locked as this is my room and I put away all my personal belongings.

Being a host with AirBnB means I get to meet lots of interesting and lovely people and hear about their travels and adventures. I've travelled around the world myself but now work from home running my own business. I'm super sporty, love tennis and most sports and always see the glass as half full. I've recently bought and completely renovated this lovely house in this wonderful part of Bristol and it's nice to be able to share it with other people who are passing through.
