The space
This incredible Highlands residence is located in the historic Cherokee Triangle. You will be walking distance to many of the cities most well known restaurants, bars and shops. Foot traffic friendly, and easy to get around. You will be minutes from all of Louisville's top attractions. Escape it all with us and enjoy some peace and tranquility in our eclectic house.

This newly updated, 10,500 sq ft building has two apartments with 5,000 sq ft of space in each unit. This particular unit is located on the first floor of the building. This gorgeous space was originally built in 1900 and is located in the historic Cherokee Triangle in the Highlands. This 4 bedroom apartment and suite are the perfect get away for guests of all different uses. We are world travelers and bring our eclectic finds back home to help our house come to life. We hope that you enjoy it!

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail at 3 PM EST the day prior to your arrival and will include information related to parking and property access. Check out is at 10 AM.

We do our best to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests. Please contact us the day prior to your scheduled check-in or check-out to discuss. Check-ins before 2 PM and check-outs after 11 AM will have an additional cost.

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

Other things to note:

You will be renting an entire house. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.

Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.
