It's cosy apartment on a front of lake and nearby huge forest. It is the first floor of house (second floor is also on airbnb as different listing). We have a beautiful terrace overlooking garden of apple trees, playground with children house and a lot of swings. It is perfect place for a quiet, calm getaway for a family especially with small kids, as we also grow two girls. Contact us for special discount, especially if you plan to stay more than one night.

The space
You would settle in first floor of the house, it has separate entrance from terrace. Main room features approx 4m length kitchen with most of the tools you need for basic cooking (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, hot water maker, moka coffee maker) also dishes, pots and pans. In this room there is sofa which transforms into 120cmx200cm bed. Besides bathroom (shower + toilet + washing machine), You will have access to bedroom with 180x200 bed and childrens room with two-level double bed (2x90x200) with lots of toys.

Where you’ll be

Senoji Varėna, Alytus County, Lithuania

The house is last in Senoji Varėna. West side of our property ends with huge forest with super nice walking trails. In North we have Varėnė lake, which is completely waterfront. It's full of pikes and breams, if you like to fish. In east we see neighbors very rarely as they don't live there permamently. And in south we have a road that is isolated by a row of huge fir trees, what gives superb access to this propery even in winter yet providing maximum privacy.
