The Neighborhood

Bay Ridge is a family oriented neighborhood with exciting nightlife at the same time. There is a lots of bars, restaurants and nightclubs located within walking distance from the apartment. Amazing view of Verrazano Bridge. Tennis courts, parks and shopping centers are very close to the apartment.
You will enjoy staying at our place and exploring Bay Ridge and New York City.

Subway stop of "R" train is locate within 5-7 min walking from the apartment. Ride to Midtown takes about 35-40 min.
Bus stop for city and express busses located on the corner of the same street. So if you do not need to go to the city and just traveling within Brooklyn you can take a bus using the same Metro Card as you use for subway.

  • Andrey was a great host, and the accommodations were just what we were expecting. Simple, clean, and furnished with towels, iron, etc. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay in this family friendly neighborhood of Brooklyn, this is the perfect spot. Andrey was happy to meet us when we got into town, even though it was a little after the 3pm check-in time. Parking was easy to find on the street. Just a five minute walk to the subway station. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

  • Andrey is a nice guy and a good host too. The appartment was clean, big enough for two people and really in a perfect centralized area. We were directly in midtown Manhattan. 20 min to Central Park, direct to time square and circle line. The appartment was quiet but keep in mind you're in a big town. For us everything was perfect. Thank you Andrew.

  • Actually, we didn't stay at this apartment, because there were some maintenance repair in the building. So, we stayed in another one (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/913743?s=A9IJ ) in the same area (8624 Ridge Blvd).
We simply loved the apartment! Our stay was perfect!
Andrey is a wonderful host. We arrived almost 2 hours later and he was waiting for us. I would like to apologise again, Andrey!
The neighborhood is fantastic! The streets are beautiful and safe. There were all things we needed just very close to the apartment (subway station, supermarket, good restaurants, stores...).
    I totally recomend it!
    Thank you Andrey!

  • It's a nice little place with affordable price in a safe neighborhood. I didn't see the egg-chair as shown in the photos but that's not a big deal. I just wanted to sit in it since I've never sat in a chair like that. :D A nice selection of DVDs available there too. And the Harry Potter book in the living room. Heating system, fridge, water heater, etc. all work great.

  • I stayed for a short amount of time, 1 night to be exact. It was very easy to contact Andrey. He replied very fast. I never met him in person, but we were able to grab the key to the apartment in one piece. The apartment itself is nice and cozy. It was very clean as well. The only part that caught my attention was that the bath tub had a weird smell to it. I asked my partner and he said there was none, but if you have a good sense of smell, it might bother you. When you go to sleep, there is a bit of noise. Overall, for the price of this place you can't beat it!

  • Andrey's apartment is the best I've rented in NYC. Bay Ridge is a great location: loads of restaurants, stores, parks, etc. The building is quiet and clean, and has great heat. If you're traveling in winter, this is a huge plus. Great deal at this price. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Strongly recommend this apartment.

  • Andrey and his space (pictures are a perfect representation) were quite amazing! Andrey was beyond flexible with our check-in/out times and very responsive starting weeks before our actual stay! He also made certain we were taken care of and provided extra of everything!

The place itself is in a nice and quiet area of Bay Ridge, just a few steps away restaurants, nail salons, bars, supermarket, etc. and a few of blocks away from the beautiful walkway running alongside the water.

There is also an awesome and friendly deli/bodega right around the corner from the apartment!

I would definitely recommend staying here!
