The space
Two bedrooms, 2 full baths with plenty of common space for relaxing after a long day at the park. Master bath updated 4/22. Second bath updated in 2021. Enjoy your time with family and friends at this spacious house on the water.
Kayak launch and place to dock a small boat on site.
Outdoor propane grill available.

Relax on the deck, or take a chair to sit down along the waterfront and enjoy the views!

Other things to note
If you like to fish, bring your gear and Ohio fishing license. You can catch catfish, bass and other fish in pipe creek along the back of the property. Great for kayaking too.
We also have the home next door if multiple families interested in being close, but with separate homes/space.
