It is centrally located in a quiet, single-family neighborhood only 3.4 miles from the beaches of Presque Isle and Waldameer Amusement Park and Water World, 3.0 miles from Gannon University, and 4.0 miles from Mercyhurst University.

Guest access
Guests can access the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is a door to access a rear exit in an emergency, but guests should keep that closed otherwise. It leads to a mudroom and basement that have not yet been renovated.
