We stayed at this flat for three nights and it was a wonderful visit. Alessia was very prompt in communicating and getting everything set up for us. The flat was very clean and just the right space for our visit and it is in a great location. Just a short walk to the Vatican, shops, and restaurants. Very easy access to find taxis and the tour buses. We would recommend this to anyone traveling to Rome and we would use it again!
A very spacious, comfortable, quiet apartment in a fantastic location very close to St Peter's Basilica. Alessia was a fantastic host - she organised a transfer from the airport for us and was there to meet us when we arrived to show us the flat and give us some advice on the best local supermarkets and laundromats.
We had our six month old son with us and Alessia arranged for a high quality modern porta-cot (thanks Alessia!), and there was plenty of space in the living area for him to roll around with his toys.
We had a great time staying here in Rome - it is walking distance to a lot of the sights, and close to the Ottaviano metro station. There is a great cafe / wine bar around the corner (Sorpasso) in via Properzio.
We stayed in Alessia's apartment for 3 nights, it was our first trip to Rome.
From the moment we arrived we felt at home in Alessias apartment, the welcome was friendly, and the apartment was really great.
My baggage was unfortunately lost on my way to Rome, but arriving at the apartment, using the transfer Alessia had organised for us instantly put my frustration of loosing my bag to the back of my mind and we enjoyed our 3 nights in this Rome apartment immensely.
Would not hesitate to stay here again, and recommend it to family and friends.
We stayed in the apartment for a week in May 2013. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is also nice, short walking distance to Vatican. Alessia arranged taxi to and from the airport, which was very handy. Next to that she also arranged towels (we forgot to bring them) and whenever we had questions she answered or helped quickly. We had a great stay and we would highly recommend it! The apartment is also suitable for children, baby bed and baby chair were ready for our 2 years old girl when we arrived.
Appartement très accueillant, propre et calme.
Il se trouve à 2 pas du Vatican et proche de commerces et restaurants et d'un arrêt de métro.
Hôtes très chaleureux et disponibles.
My husband and I have stayed in Alessia's via Crescenzio, apt. 2B for 5 nights in May. It was the great stay! Apartment is big, gave us 19th century feeling with 21st century amenities. It has EVERYTHING for cooking, comfortable king size bed, good equipped bathroom, strong WiFi signal. The building is safe, and neighborhood is great, residential and close to Vatican, great for shopping, food market and supermarket in 5 min. walk, good transportation (metro, busses, trum.) Alessia arranged airport transfer for us. Thank you Alessia for great stay in Rome!
P.S. It's no TV in the apartment.
We (2) stayed at Alessia’s place (via Crescenzio) for 3 nights in September and loved it, would rent it again any time. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, private, and clean. We had no problem with noise at all. Important to us, the airconditioning and the wi-fi worked perfectly. Key handover was smooth both ways – Alessia and Stefano came to explain everything despite our flight delay, and with a bottle of wine! The location is excellent – we walked everywhere, whether the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon… Piazza Risorgimento is nearby for buses. We loved the neighborhood bars and restaurants that Alessia and Stefano had recommended – both for aperitivo and dinner – Sorpasso and Passaguai. Grazie, Alessia & Stefano!
Allessia and Stefano were great hosts and responded positively to every request (including printing a boarding pass) and assisting with travel planning.
The location is amazing - walking distance of the Vatican and shopping (if that's what you want!). It is a superb area!
The apartment itself is quite luxurious and very comfortable. I really enjoyed staying with them very much ... a great re-introduction to Roma!
