This adorable beach house with easy access to Garden City Beach is ready for your next getaway! This 3 bed, 2 bath home accommodates up to 8 guests and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Its location is awesome- across the street from the beach (a minute from the front door to the sand!) and just a few blocks from the pier, restaurants/bars, and entertainment. Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and Myrtle Beach are both just a few minutes' drive away.

The space
You’ll love enjoying your morning coffee on our breezy front porch, and when you’re ready to hit the beach, all you need to do is cross the street! The closeness to the beach makes it easy to pop back to the house to grab food, refresh drinks, or use the bathroom. At the end of the day, you can rinse off the beach with our outdoor shower head. You can make a relaxing dinner at home with the fully equipped kitchen, or take a quick drive to the numerous restaurants and bars near the home. If you choose to make it a night in, we have board games as well as two televisions (one in the family room and one in the master) with Roku to help entertain you.

The home has 3 bedrooms: The master has a queen bed and a private, full bathroom. Guest room #1 has a queen bed, and guest room #2 has two sets of bunk beds (only our smallest, youngest guests on the top bunks, please). These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower. There is also a full-size sofa bed in the family room.

The dining area has a large table, and there is an additional dining table on our porch as well as a table on the patio/open garage.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire home, with the exception of the storage/shed area underneath the house.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: While we want all of our guests to have a great time, this is NOT a party house. This is not the house parents rent for their underage children to celebrate graduations or school breaks. Primary renters must be at least 25 years old and staying on the property for the duration of the reservation. Underage drinking will not be tolerated.

PETS: Only dogs under 30 lbs allowed.
*Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
*Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.

Neighborhood highlights

We love our location and neighborhood! We’re ½ mile from the Pier at Garden City Beach, 2 miles from the pier at Surfside Beach, and a quick drive from the Marshwalk. There is so much to do nearby, and access to Uber and Lyft is easy.
