This apartment is fantastic. It is very large, it's well stocked and extremely comfortable. All this and air conditioning too! It is within walking distance of pretty much everything you want to see in Rome. We stayed there with our two teenage kids. Each kid had their own room, which were spacious lofts. The living area is very large, which made for a nice place to relax after a day of walking around Roma. The immediate surrounding area has many cafes, restaurants and shops. The Pam grocery store is only about 300 meters away as well if you want to eat in. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Rome.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, huge, and centrally located - a great value for the cost. It is almost equidistant between the Trevi area and the Vatican. The AC was a huge help in the Rome summer heat. We did have a few issues with the apartment cleaning, though. We gave notice that we would arrive at 1:30 (Federico kindly arranged an airport pickup) and thought this would be fine as check in was at 2, but it was still being cleaned. We left and came back twice to find the cleaning man still talking on his phone and not cleaning, and we were exhausted after traveling more than 24 hours. We finally were able to enter sometime after 3 after I let him know we would return in an hour or two. Then the next day he showed up at 11AM with no warning (no one said there was a cleaning service, and we were still there), did not knock, and walked in on my mother changing her clothes. He left and said he would come back later, and then did not return. On the last day in the apartment, this man showed up again before 10:30 (check out time was 11 and we were still there, and again walked in without knocking) and insisted on staying in the apartment and hurriedly cleaning while we were still getting ready and packing even though we had not checked out because "the next people might come early" (not sure where this hustle was before...) I at one point had to ask him to leave the room so I could change clothes. Unfortunately, it overall ended the experience on a bad note as we had no idea if a man would walk in at any moment. It was really strange overall. While the apartment is gorgeous and I would love to stay again, I would recommend better planning and communication.

Federico's apartment is in a great location for exploring Rome. The area has lots of small restaurants and shops and is walking distance from most of the major touristy spots. It was bigger than expected and had plenty of space for my family of 5. We appreciated all of the seating and big common area. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Was nice to have a washing machine and large drying rack. I'd highly recommend the apartment for 4-5 people while in Rome!

The apartment was really nice, perfect located, and clean. It doesn't have much light though, for us that wasn't important because we were most of the time out. Federico was a really nice host, easy to get in touch. We had not warm water at the apartment, but he did try to fix it, and for the inconvenience he gave us a pick up free to the airport. Isabel

Great place to stay. Family of 4 traveling with 2 teenagers, flat had plenty of space for everyone. Centrally located we walked to the Vatican, Piazza Navoni, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, the Jewish Ghetto, Trastevere, we covered nearly 50 miles in 7 days! Plenty of restaurant choices within 5 minutes, some of our favorites- Coromandel for breakfast, and Napoletano's for dinner with a view of the Pantheon. Federico is a great host.
