Great location!! We could walk to any of the major sites we wanted to see, i.e. Vatican City, the coliseum, Trevor fountain, the forum! And extremely close to the Pantheon! The apartment was very clean and Federico was very accommodating when we arrived to the city earlier than expected!

Federico's place was great and very well located. Lots of good restaurants close by and all the major attractions were within walking distance. It was very quite dispite all street activity so close. Overall the condo unit and coordination with Federico went very well. Highly recommended.

Federico's place is amazing. The location is perfect. It is close to restaurants, shops, major sights and nightlife. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room, very clean and better than pictured. The lady who met us was so sweet and was helpful with plenty of tips to getting around Rome and where to eat. We would definitely stay here again and give this place five stars!!

The stay was nice, it's a clean and big place. The host is very helpful in directing us where to go, and how to get to, very friendly and nice people. It's definitely a good place to stay for a vacation in Rome.

Federico's place was terrific! We would definitely stay there again. It is exactly as depicted with plenty of space, wifi, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and quiet after long, busy days strolling around Rome. Everything in central Rome was within walking distance. A market was less than 5 minutes away, as well as our kids' favorite gelato place in Rome - the Frigadarium. Many of the restaurants in close proximity had longer hours than most restaurants in Italy, and all had great service and food. You would really be hard-pressed to find better accommodations, especially for a larger family/group!

This apartment is fantastic. It is very large, it's well stocked and extremely comfortable. All this and air conditioning too! It is within walking distance of pretty much everything you want to see in Rome. We stayed there with our two teenage kids. Each kid had their own room, which were spacious lofts. The living area is very large, which made for a nice place to relax after a day of walking around Roma. The immediate surrounding area has many cafes, restaurants and shops. The Pam grocery store is only about 300 meters away as well if you want to eat in. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Rome.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, huge, and centrally located - a great value for the cost. It is almost equidistant between the Trevi area and the Vatican. The AC was a huge help in the Rome summer heat. We did have a few issues with the apartment cleaning, though. We gave notice that we would arrive at 1:30 (Federico kindly arranged an airport pickup) and thought this would be fine as check in was at 2, but it was still being cleaned. We left and came back twice to find the cleaning man still talking on his phone and not cleaning, and we were exhausted after traveling more than 24 hours. We finally were able to enter sometime after 3 after I let him know we would return in an hour or two. Then the next day he showed up at 11AM with no warning (no one said there was a cleaning service, and we were still there), did not knock, and walked in on my mother changing her clothes. He left and said he would come back later, and then did not return. On the last day in the apartment, this man showed up again before 10:30 (check out time was 11 and we were still there, and again walked in without knocking) and insisted on staying in the apartment and hurriedly cleaning while we were still getting ready and packing even though we had not checked out because "the next people might come early" (not sure where this hustle was before...) I at one point had to ask him to leave the room so I could change clothes. Unfortunately, it overall ended the experience on a bad note as we had no idea if a man would walk in at any moment. It was really strange overall. While the apartment is gorgeous and I would love to stay again, I would recommend better planning and communication.
