Different! Tiny house in back yard, walking distance to Olde Town Arvada. Private gate entrance, only solar power, open air, NO WIFI, private soaking tub, stone couch and patio table area. Vaccinated main house, use bathroom/shower inside. Japanese folding futon, Full size with beautiful bedding. Advanced notice needed to heat tub, gets warm, not hot. Park right side driveway. Close to I-70 and Wadsworth exit. Fireworks common. Park early, drink & walk home from Olde Towne.
