We will keep the maintenance of the house up. Occasionally things break and malfunction without notice. We will take all reasonable steps to fix them as soon as we learn of them. This may include having to have someone service something during your visit if that is the only time it can be corrected. We will work with you as closely as possible to minimize any inconvenience in the unforeseen chance this occurs.
We loved our stay! The house was just as described and very comfortable for two couples. Delyse was super easy to work with and responded quickly to any of our questions. Rhinebeck and the area are great and the house is the perfect distance from town. We'd definitely return here and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway upstate.
The house is exactly as pictured and described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, well appointed, and in a lovely, quaint little neighborhood. A quick walk gets you to the Hudson River and an elevated platform you can walk up for a wonderful view. The hosts left us a list with recommendations in the area that we found quite useful. As our contact, Delyse was quite responsive to every question and inquiry we had before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
The home was perfect for us! It was clean and exactly as represented. Delyse's friend Nancy came and babysat for us and even brought us an iron and ironing board when we needed one. Such a great time. The home is walking distance to the Hudson River. The hamlet of Rhinecliff was wonderful.
Great location and great home. Main bedroom gets lots of light. House is walking distance to Amtrak station so we did not have to hire a taxi which is a plus. And there's a big comfy couch for winding down at night. Had a great stay!
The listing looked just like it did in the pictures. The key was left under the doormat, and we never met the host, but the house was gorgeous! The master bedroom is beautiful and bright, and has a gorgeous view of Rhinecliff. The kitchen was fully stocked with glassware and cookware, which made cooking a pleasure in the bright space.
The location is a quick walk from the train station (under 5 minutes) and it was a pretty cheap taxi into town, at about ~$10 for two people.
My friends and I stayed in the Beautifully Renovated Bungalow in Rhinebeck over New Years Eve and it was the perfect way to ring in 2014!!! Delyse is a great realtor who manages the property for this family home and she was very responsive to all my questions prior to the booking. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up an amazing dinner and breakfast the next morning. Us city kids loved having a fire and being away for the night, thanks Delyse!
Delyse is great. Super responsive and takes care of all of our questions and concerns. Fantastic experience!!!

I always had a love for homes and hosting ever since I was a child. Being the daughter of an interior designer and a stay at home mom has led me to the perfect combination of managing beautiful homes and giving the guests a great vacation.
After moving here from Brooklyn in 2011, I found myself captivated by the beauty and charm that Rhinebeck has to offer and love that I can help others experience this unforgettable little town.
