There is a separate $300 cleaning fee with each reservation. You will need to leave a check for the cleaning company upon check-out.

Situated on a quiet, safe, and friendly street with easy access to all that Austin has to offer.
The house is 6.7 miles from the airport. It's 10 minutes by car. Downtown Austin is one mile from the house. I'll go over the options for getting to the house from the airport. You could get a taxi or you can also opt for the bus. There's a bus that's called the airport flyer that takes you straight downtown from the airport. Very few if any stops in-between so it's fairly quick. Once you're downtown you'll be about one mile from the house so you could take a taxi from there or transfer to another bus which would take you to a bus stop a few blocks from the house. There's also the commuter rail that stops at the convention center downtown and then the next stop is at a location about 5 blocks from the house. Easy to walk to the house from that stop.
You'll have access to the entire property except for the master closet.
Interaction with Guests
The home is basically yours during your stay. There is a keyless electronic deadbolt on the front door which negates the need for keys to the property and everything about the home is very easy to use.
It's safe, eclectic, and close to everything central
The metrorail stop is a few blocks from the property and it's close to a major bus stop.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11 am. There may be other guests checking in at 4pm the same day so please do your best to make the 11 am check out time. IF Late check out is available it’s $25 per hour for any check out times past 11 am.
No smoking in the house. No loud parties.

I went to this house this past weekend with a group of 16 people. We all fit comfortably in the Houston. The house was very nice and cozy! Everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable in the house. There are many spots around the house to hang out, from the front patio to the living room, to the large room downstairs, i was very happy with the house. My group enjoyed it as well. Robert was so helpful as well. He was very responsive. When we had questions while being at the house, he responded immediately to our question. I recommend this house if you have a large group!
We were probably a different group than Robert has ever had at his property. We are a small company from New Orleans, and we used the house for our company, brainstorming retreat. The listing description was very accurate, and pre-checkin instruction were thorough. Upon arrival, the house was super clean, and we had all of the paper goods and linens that we needed for our stay. The wifi signal was strong which was important for our meetings. We had 9 people stay at the house, but it can easily hold more. The neighborhood was very convenient to all of the restaurants that we wanted to visit during our stay, the grocery store and the airport. I highly recommend this house for a business trip or vacation!

The house is large and comes with all the amenities. Great location, patio is nice and furnished. Robert was welcoming, but would have appreciated more communication prior to my group's arrival, as we were not informed the bottom room had flooded which caused us to lose two beds.
Oh my, I'm very sorry about the misunderstanding. The two beds were moved upstairs and away from the potentially unsafe below-grade area as a health and safety measure.
Rest assured, the small area that had water damage has been professionally repaired. As with any home, there are unexpected things that come up. I take great pride in correcting those things ASAP!
The beds were placed in to an upstairs bedroom so that Tom and his guests would have the same sleeping accommodations as promised. I also purchased a brand new twin size mattress just for his group before their arrival which meant that he had one additional bed during his stay.
As such, there was no loss of beds as a result of the unfortunate flooding, simply a misunderstanding.

Great experience. The house came as advertised. The location was great with close proximity to downtown. Great house to rent it you have a large party like we did. Robert was great about all the details and it was a very easy rental process.
The listing was dead on, and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Robert has instructions on all major appliances and throughout the house to make it an extremely user friendly experience
Robert was a great host, beginning with my initial message to him regarding general inquiry questions. He was very helpful and receptive. The house is just as amazing as it is in the pictures. I utilized this space for a BACH party in Austin, TX and the location of the house was central to all the activities we all endured and enjoyed. Thanks Robert!
