The space
This one-story home has a 2-car garage with washer and dryer, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 full bath. Two of the bedrooms have a Smart TV. All bedrooms have a new security door chain lock. All queen beds are memory foam CertiPUR-US® certified for a restful, comfortable sleep. In the living room, relax on the deep-seated leather sofa and watch a movie or catch up on your favorite TV show on Amazon Prime, HBO, Starz, or Netflix on the 55-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed for a great stay: Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, blender, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, spices, utensils, plates, wine and beer glasses, and cookware. There’s a BBQ grill ready to be used in the backyard. If it gets too warm in the summer, you can turn on the evaporative cooler to cool down. If it gets too cold in the winter, make a fire in the fireplace or turn up the heater.

There is also space to fit 3 additional cars in the driveway or a camper/trailer on the side.

We’re located next to some of the Top 10 Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) trails in Southern California. Some great places to check out include Red Rock Canyon and the Kernville Brewery.
