Just in time for summer 2025, we recently installed brand new central air-conditioning at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Fully functional kitchen with new refrigerator, stove and washer/dryer. New HVAC central air system with both heat and A/C, and a private hot tub.

Guest access
You will have private access to your own private patio/yard area with outdoor seating a hammock, private hot tub and a fire pit. Comfortable outdoor seating area.
