This is a very clean, quiet and comfortable private bedroom, Kingsize bed with private bathroom in a newly rebuilt townhouse. My house is about 40 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown Washington D.C with all the attractions..I do not have a reserved parking for guests but, street parking is available right at the entrance of the community about 3 mn walk. Grocery Stores & Restaurants are 5 mn away and the closest laundromat "Speedy Laundromat" is about 7 mn away.
