The space
Independent Guest House Studio is open to professional or pleasure trips of 1-3 people providing a bedroom of a brand new wood floor, a queen bed + a free air mattress/an optional rolling bed (listed as floor mattress) with kitchenette, private bathroom, and dedicated washer/dryer room free for guest use. Guests need beyond Guest House studio can enter the second guest bedroom in the Main House by backyard per screened porch/patio facing the backyard. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom is separate from the rest of main house via another door, where the host family lives. Prior notification and surcharge of $20 per night are needed for the second bedroom.
Blooming Flowers surround the guesthouse and backyard in late May and June. Guests love our patio sofa for group gathering & enjoy the sunshine at our beautiful backyard over our reclined chair:) Furthermore, our backyard has a slide of 2 ft height and a 360º Spiro Spin Bouncing Seesaw for kids to play safely.
Guests are welcome to ask us about the availability of Bedroom 2 in the Main House if the Guest House has been booked for some of their intended dates.
Two dedicated parking slots in tandem of a total of 8 feet wide and 30 feet long area are immediately before guest check in entrance and can accommodate U Haul truck for relocation families.
The dedicated laundry room is immediately outside of the guesthouse studio's back window and can be accessed by walking around the wall.
Direct TV and Roku TV are provided over Guest House, Bedroom 2 and Back Porch, respectively, along with Amazon Prime subscriptions for guest entertainment and can be connected with a laptop, iPhone or iPad for professionals.
Keurig K-Elite Coffee Maker is provided in the Guest House that can supply hot water and iced coffee. Microwave and stove are provided along with dishes and silverware along with a small desktop oven for you to prepare hot meals. Bottled grounded coffee, bottled coffee-mate, bottled milk, first cup of Keurig K-cup coffee, tea and first bottle of purified water. Some complimentary goodies for professionals and family alike to enjoy:)
The second set of Keurig K-Elite Coffee Maker, microwave and refrigerator are provided outside of bedroom 2 over the adjacent patio to enhance the guest experience of complimentary breakfast and enjoyable goodies.

Besides cereal, coffee and tea, milk and eggs are stored in the mini refrigerator. A small orange, a small apple, a banana, a can of coca and an ice cream cone or bar will be provided at check in. We can provide some other options of juice or bread at our kitchenette if you let us know before your arrival.
Please let us know in advance if you need the Bedroom 2 in the Main House, which costs $20 per night or a folding twin bed in the Guest House , which costs $8 for the host to move it there, or an twin size Air Mattress in the Guest House, which is free and the default option.

Dogs and cats love our fenced backyard and nearby Candler park. If there are multiple pets or need to access beyond the guest house to the the back porch or the second bedroom in the Main house, a surcharge of $20 applies.
We welcome infants & toddlers. Kid's playground & swimming pool are available for guests at Candler Park. Runners, joggers and dog walkers love the continuous green space @ Candler Park Neighborhood. Please read our guidebook for more details.
Guests that book the second bedroom in the main house has exclusive privilege of using the back porch and are welcome to chat with the hosts at the living room if they are there. Similar to hotel lobby for guest question, living room is not for guests to stay long or sleep. The hosts are always available on airbnb chat:)
Dogs and cats love our backyard and Candler Park.
Candler Park was built by Coca-Cola founder Candler for his daughter with playgrounds, tennis courts and 9-hole golf course now managed by City of Atlanta as free access except for the golf course at an economical time slot-dependent prices of $15-$30 per person.
Other things to note
Our guest house studio provides Duvet i.e. a quilted blanket filled with a natural filling that is protected by an interchangeable cover. We replace the cover of Duvet for each guest stay and provide blanket if that is preferred.
PRIOR APPROVAL is required for any access to the main house.

We have a free air mattress, pack and play for infants and charge $10 for setting up a crib.
Guests can self check in the second bedroom by the door at the back porch via the backyard. There is another door that separates the second bedroom from the rest of the main house, where the host family lives. The second bathroom is located immediately to the right of this normally closed door.
