Chateau LeVeaux has a charming 1970s design, and while it adds to the character, sound does carry between units. You may hear neighbors at times, including those above. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

Firewood isn’t provided. Duraflame logs are highly recommended as they have a cleaner & longer burn with much less mess. You can find Duraflame logs and wood readily available at nearby stores.

Building amenities, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room, are maintained regularly, but occasional closures for unexpected maintenance or emergencies may occur. If this happens, the staff will work quickly to reopen them for your enjoyment.

To keep our shared spaces safe and enjoyable, outdoor grilling and cooking aren’t permitted on the patio or rooftop deck. However, you’re welcome to use the communal fire pits and charcoal grills for your outdoor cooking needs.

We do our best to keep the condo bug-free with professional pest control and newly installed windows & screens, although since we’re in the beautiful Northwoods, you might still encounter a few little visitors.
