Home is located on private beach front property just steps to white sandy private beaches. Guests are permitted to enjoy the Ocean Beach 3 clubhouse and activities.

Bicycle Rental -$125 4 bikes. Lost bike fee $400.

Event Supplies for small gatherings - $250 Includes 10x10 foot canopy, 4 six foot folding tables, 20 chairs and table cloths.
Note: Fee does not include set up or take down. Guest has option to setup and take down or service is available. fee $250. Max 20 guests for gathering. Overnight is limited to 7 guests.

Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability - $20/hour

Guest or responsible for leaving eight badges at check out. Lost at the $175.

Guests are expected to comply with the following house rules. Any broken house rule may result in additional charges.

Our home is smoke free. No smoking permitted in house or deck.

No candles permitted in house or deck.

Minimum age for renting is 30. Proof required.

No large groups or parties.

Must be considerate and adhere to quiet time after 10:00PM.

No pets unless approved by host. Pet fee $300

Guests are Expected to follow trash/recycle schedule which is posted in the house. All trash is to be placed outside in the designated trash cans.

Guests are expected to wash used dishes.

Guests are expected to clean grill if it was used.

Guests are welcome to use games, however, are expected to replace neatly.

Upon check out all windows and doors must be securely locked.

Hot Tub is professionally serviced and maintained. In the event of malfunction or major issue, service will be scheduled as soon as possible.

Guests are responsible for leaving eight badges at checkout. Lost badge fee $175.

Growing up I spent every summer at the Jersey shore with my family. Now that I have children of my own I continue to enjoy summers in Seaside Park and Ocean Beach 3. I began hosting in 2016 to help our five children through college. What I didn’t realize was how much I would love being a host. I have met so many wonderful guests. It is very rewarding to me that by sharing our beach homes our guests can have special times with their families and friends at the Jersey shore. It is my hope that every guest has a wonderful experience and leaves with fond memories of their stay.
