Very private, good sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Very bright with one window facing east and another facing south offering views of the Los Angeles basin. The guest bedroom is separated from the master bedroom by the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Swimming pool and sauna available. Walking distance to west side nightclubs, restaurants, and shops on the Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Boulevard. The Beverly Center, Century City and The Grove shopping centers are just a 10 minute bus ride away. Quiet leafy cul-de-sac with upscale apartments. On main north- south bus routes just steps away on La Cienega; East- West bus routes on Santa Monica Boulevard. This is an upscale condominium complex of just 13 units in one of the best areas of West Hollywood, but walking distance to many popular attractions on the Sunset Strip minutes by car or bus to Beverly Hills, Old Hollywood, the Chinese Theater, Universal Studios, Griffith Park and Planetarium and much more.
Groceries are obtainable within a five minute walking distance to CVS Pharmacy or the upscale TRADER JOE's.

The Neighborhood

This is one of LA's pedestrian friendly neighborhoods, lots of trees, close to all amenities yet quiet with a suburban feel. Locals are generally very friendly and we exchange "hellos" with complete strangers. Eating establishments and nightclubs vary from very inexpensive to gourmet type. The area is very safe 24 hours a day. Trader Joe's, CVS Pharmacy & convenience store, gym, Starbucks, coffee shops and bars are all within short walking distance.

Getting Around

Bus stops for routes going north and south; east and west are just a block away. One of the most desirable areas in Los Angeles known as the Norma Triangle formed by Doheny Avenue, Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard.

House Rules

This is a very quiet upscale building. If spoken to always identify yourselves as guests of Joe Grech or Charles Page in Unit 204. Your room includes a small fridge, microwave, coffee percolator, and electric kettle. House rules are basically normal quiet and considerate behavior.Trash must be in bags and deposited in blue bins if it is recyclable or in Trash room in the garage on the lobby level.
