We truly want everyone to feel welcome here. Bar Harbor is a scenic 45 minute drive, but please note it and don't hold it against us in ratings! We have amazing hiking, canoeing and swimming in our huge back yard (Maine public reserve land)
Rustic farm apartment with full kitchen, breakfast foods provided. Can accommodate 6 folks (one in a cupola!) Simple living, composting dry sawdust toilet. Cupola/deck for relaxing. New shower/clawfoot tub recently installed! Black flies are bad in June!

If you want to experience country living this is the place. Great place to stay if visiting northeastern Maine. It is a drive to Acadia but was worth the effort.

Absolutely adored this place! It was the perfect way to end a busy day... with a cup of tea, sitting on the porch with an amazing view of the stars. You can't beat that! We will definitely be back to visit.
