This historic home, built in 1906, is located near downtown Bryan and is only a short drive to Texas A&M University (6 miles to Kyle Field). The home was the personal residence of an Architect for 15 years and it has been completely restored and updated.

It has a large well-equipped kitchen, a large family room with an HD TV (Netflix and HuluPlus included), a formal dining room, a breakfast nook, a parlor and a living room. All of the floors are hardwood and many of the furnishings are antiques.

Beautiful home, and bigger than we were expecting. The perfect home for our spring break trip to Aggieland! Kristina was a great host. She responded promptly to all questions and concerns. We will definitely be back.
Kristina's home was fantastic. I love the architecture and the feel of the place. She was very easy to communicate with. And it's very close to Harvest Coffee. If you like espresso, give them a try. Soft towels, great deck, a porch swing, and huge rooms. :)
Kristina was extremely responsive to our needs (which weren't many as the house was perfect). Realizing we were arriving a little early, we asked if we could go ahead and check in and she gave us the thumbs up. The house was clean, warm and smelled like sugar cookies upon arrival.
My kids loved the twin beds and slept like babies if you don't count the 4:00am wake up on Christmas morning! My parents also stayed in the house with us and were charmed by the antique furniture and overall grandeur of the house. Everyone enjoyed the enormous hot tub and lovely fenced in backyard. We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor grill or kitchen but found that there were ample condiments in the fridge and the pantry was stocked with spices/flour/etc.
The house was full of cozy touches, allowing us to relax and not dart out to the store to pick up something we forgot.
A thoroughly a fantastic stay!
Grand early 20th century house; beautiful grounds. Our party very much enjoyed the hot tub. Conveniently located close to downtown Bryan (walking distance) and Texas A&M (10 min drive). Owner very respondent. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful historic home.
Gorgeous yard & landscaping.
Great selection of coffees.
This is the nicest house I've ever stayed in. It is beautiful inside and out and is gorgeously decorated. Elise is a great host. When I arrived the key wasn't working so she came over right away to replace it. The hot tub is wonderful and the whole place is really, really impressive. Can't recommend it enough.
The owners, Nathan and Elise Winchester, have lived in the B/CS area for the over 15 years, and recently moved out of this house and into another home. They have put lots of time and love into this house, and can't bear to part with it. The Winchesters have an office located just a few blocks away, and we are easily accessible if you have any questions or concerns. The main point of contact for all inquiries regarding this house will be managed by Kristina Andazola. Kristina is the office manager and has been working for the Winchesters for almost three years.
