Comfortable and clean apartment, in urban but quiet residential area, with shopping facilities nearby, well connected to central London and very close to East London attractions. The owners live nearby, which makes check-in process easier.
CHECK-IN - Flexible agreed time on the day of arrival. It is important that you inform us, well in advance, of your estimated arrival time for us to arrange to meet you at the apartment location with the keys.
CHECKOUT – Anytime on day of departure, unless a new guess is checking in on the same day. In that case check out time is 11am. We will inform you of this circumstance on your day of arrival. You are required to leave the apartment in the same condition in which it was presented to you at check-in. All keys are to be returned to the owner as agreed.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE FLAT - A “Welcome Pack” folder is provided in the property with important information about the property and local services. If missing, tenants must advise the owner immediately.
At the beginning of your stay, you are required to read the document “General instructions about the flat”, and familiarise with the important information provided.
DUTY OF CARE - you are obliged to keep the apartment and all furnishing, fixtures, fittings and effects, in the same state of repair and condition as they were in at the commencement of your stay and to ensure that the home is left clean and tidy. No item found within any area of the accommodation shall be removed from the premises for any purpose.
In default of such obligation, you are obliged to reimburse the owner against any costs we incur in remedying such default.
The SECURITY DEPOSIT is refunded in full within seven working days of check out if no damage to property or breakages or excessive cleaning needs. You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment, or the furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects. Anything broken or damaged should be reported to us, and paid for before departure. The owner reserves the right to raise invoices for any damage caused during your stay at a later date.
LIABILITY – Owners cannot accept any liability or responsibility for:
- any loss or damage neither to personal property, nor for personal accident, death or injury using the apartment;
- noise, nuisance or disturbance resulting from building works, noisy neighbours etc.;
- disruption of services from utility suppliers.
NOISE – You must keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.
PETS & ANIMALS - we regret that pets or animals are allowed.
SMOKING - strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment and in the rest of the building.
HEALTH AND SAFETY AND SECURITY – you must keep the property secured and lock the front door whenever the property is left unoccupied. You must use all appliances safely and report to the owner any faulty equipment or health and safety hazard immediately.
Laura and Guido manage the flat, and live just around the corner a couple of minutes away. This helps with the process of checking in and out, and makes them available for any need and info.
