Exceptional host communication

A wooden cottage, at the bottom of the Fagaras mountains, for those who want to escape from the crowds. It’s a place where you can purely relax, you can do mountain activities nearby or just enjoy the nature.

The space
Upstairs you will find 4 dorms, 3 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. There is a small toilet. Best part of the house is the terrace upstairs. You’ll have a perfect view over the Negoiu mountain and the whole chain of the Fagaras mountains. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Downstairs you will find an open kitchen and a big living space. The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people and the wooden table is the best place to enjoy good food, have some drinks or play game boards.

Outside you will have a nice yard, a veranda to enjoy the nature, a bbq place, a fire pit, a place to do some proper Gulash, a quite hammocks oasis just next to the river, a covered terrace for cold days.

The valley of Porumbacu has a lot to offer. From hiking, to mountain biking, to riding horses or just going for nice walks in the woods. It has everything to do with nature, a place still undiscovered, also great for Enduro rides. It's also very close to the famous road Transfagarasan. Just next to our cottage you will find the Clay Castle, a beautiful building made of clay. The valley is also called the fairy tail valley because of it.
