You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, television, laundry and the incredible rooftop deck area while you stay here. Our home is your home for the duration of your visit. Interaction with Guests
My husband, Dominic, and I are usually very busy during the week with work and activities. You might see us in the evenings and we are happy to hang out and share a glass of wine or beer if you want or if you prefer a quiet evening, that's cool too! We tend to spend our weekends exploring the city, spending time with family or hiking in the mountains so you might not see us that much but you can always call, text or email if you need anything.
Come stay in our guest room in a modern townhome located in the heart of the San Rafael Historic district, one of Denver's greatest historic neighborhoods close to downtown. San Rafael is part of the greater neighborhood known as Five Points.
There are several B-Cycle stations (rent-a-bike) located only a couple of blocks away as well as a bus stop steps from the front door that will take you downtown. If you fancy a ride on the light-rail, it's only a 5 block walk! Both I-25 and I-70 are close by so you can head into the mountains easily or wherever you may be going. If you are coming from the airport, a taxi will cost you about $60 one way.
You can also take Super Shuttle from the airport. It costs about $22 for the first passenger and $12 for each additional passenger, one way.
The Skyride bus, Denver's public transportation, is available for $11 per person each way. The closest stop is downtown at the bus station (Market Street Station at Market and 16th Streets). You would need to take a taxi from downtown to our place.
Jon can also pick you up/drop you off at the airport for a $30 fee (one way) depending on the day and time. If you are interested, please inquire.
Other Things to Note
We have purchased a new router so the Wifi is strong all over the house as well as the rooftop deck.
Only people on the reservation are allowed in the house unless you speak to us beforehand about other friends or relatives wanting to visit or if you would like to host a dinner party, etc. Normally it is not an issue.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
You can come and go as you please throughout your stay but it helps if you can tell us what time you plan to arrive on the first day and when you will depart on the last day.
Came to stay with my girlfriend, and we had a wonderful time. The location was central, and we went to the zoo and Denver Museum of Nature and Science - both quick drives. The town home was well-kept, elegant, in an interesting neighborhood; and the bedroom was clean, private and quiet. Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience... Thanks Jonathan!
This is was by far my best airbnb experience ever. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars. The place was beautiful and clean. Jonathan and Dominic were the friendliest and most welcoming people. I definitely feel lucky I booked this place and suggest you do the same!!
Jonathan was a wonderful host! His home is beautiful, immaculately clean, and full of character and charm. I enjoyed the privacy of the bedroom and bathroom, and was grateful to have use of the kitchen and laundry. Jonathan was such a pleasure to talk to, and I really enjoyed getting to know him a bit over my 3 day stay. I would love to stay at Jonathan's home on my next visit to Denver - highly recommended!
This was my second time staying at Jonathan's place and the experience was just as wonderful as the first. The space is very clean, modern, and comfortable. It is a private room with a private bathroom. Jonathan is an excellent host. The location is very convenient to a number of bars and restaurants. I rented a car and had no trouble finding park outside of his place. I will continue staying here for all of my trips to Denver.
Was in Denver for a quick 3 day weekend. Jonathan was an excellent host! Highly recommend renting his place to anyone who is visiting Denver.
Jonathan's place was great! What a treat for my first AirBnB experience. I was able to come and go as I please and the check-in/check-out process was a piece of cake. I'll definitely check his availability next time I am in town for business.
Jonathan's place is beautiful and immaculate. It was like stepping into a design magazine, yet it was cozy and not cold, even with all the roominess. He was a wonderful host, welcoming us in and giving tips on great places to eat, etc. The location is quiet and safe, yet very close to downtown. The views from the rooftop are incredible!! And the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hello! I'm a young professional working in commercial real estate. When I'm not working I am volunteering for local organizations, skiing and hiking in the mountains, trying new restaurants and enjoying all of the cultural happenings that Denver has to offer. There is so much to do in this city and I wish I had more time to experience it all. I recently moved into the Five Points neighborhood and I have been pleasantly surprised with all of the community activities this area has to offer.
