Interaction with Guests
My husband, Dominic, and I are usually very busy during the week with work and activities. You might see us in the evenings and we are happy to hang out and share a glass of wine or beer if you want or if you prefer a quiet evening, that's cool too! We tend to spend our weekends exploring the city, spending time with family or hiking in the mountains so you might not see us that much but you can always call, text or email if you need anything.
Come stay in our guest room in a modern townhome located in the heart of the San Rafael Historic district, one of Denver's greatest historic neighborhoods close to downtown. San Rafael is part of the greater neighborhood known as Five Points.
There are several B-Cycle stations (rent-a-bike) located only a couple of blocks away as well as a bus stop steps from the front door that will take you downtown. If you fancy a ride on the light-rail, it's only a 5 block walk! Both I-25 and I-70 are close by so you can head into the mountains easily or wherever you may be going. If you are coming from the airport, a taxi will cost you about $60 one way.
You can also take Super Shuttle from the airport. It costs about $22 for the first passenger and $12 for each additional passenger, one way.
The Skyride bus, Denver's public transportation, is available for $11 per person each way. The closest stop is downtown at the bus station (Market Street Station at Market and 16th Streets). You would need to take a taxi from downtown to our place.
Jon can also pick you up/drop you off at the airport for a $30 fee (one way) depending on the day and time. If you are interested, please inquire.
Other Things to Note
We have purchased a new router so the Wifi is strong all over the house as well as the rooftop deck.
Only people on the reservation are allowed in the house unless you speak to us beforehand about other friends or relatives wanting to visit or if you would like to host a dinner party, etc. Normally it is not an issue.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
You can come and go as you please throughout your stay but it helps if you can tell us what time you plan to arrive on the first day and when you will depart on the last day.
Jonathan's home is lovely, we had a great stay! Very well situated in Denver in a nice, quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. The room is private and well appointed, very comfortable. Jonathan was a terrific host, definitely recommend!
Jonathan, staying at the townhouse was the icing on the cake for our Denver trip. We felt very special in your sophisticated space. Your home was immaculate and the room lay out we found very convenient . Loved the view from the roof top at sunset. Thanks for everything .

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Jon and Dom's intricate townhome. It was perfect for our weekend getaway, seeing as we hadn't seen each other in over a month. Their townhome was super conveniently located in the Five Points neighborhood, walking distance from several restaurants, coffee shops, and night life. Jon and Dom weren't around much during our stay, but made us feel extremely welcome from the get go. The bed was comfy, the towels were soft, and the private bath was definitely a plus. We highly recommend staying with Jonathan if you get the chance!
We had an fantastic stay here. The house was wonderful and well located for seeing many of the sights (we rented bikes and cycled from place to place).
Our room was clean, comfortable and ideal for what we needed.
Jonathan was a great host - very welcoming - and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. Our only regret was that we were out seeing the sights too much to sample the rooftop terrace!
I recommend this as a place to stay.
Jonathan was very understanding about us arriving late and had already prepared for us by leaving a key and having the room ready. The place itself was pretty incredible. The pictures show how great of a view this place has. The room was perfect for ours needs and the private bathroom was great. The neighborhood was fun. It was walking distance to a lot of fun activities so we didn't have to drive that much and if we did it was a very short distance. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely do it again. Denver was a very fun city to visit and staying here only made it better.
Jonathan and Dominic were wonderful hosts for our 4 day/3 night stay in Denver. Their home is exactly as pictured: clean, modern, and comfortable. It is also very quiet (even on the sweet rooftop deck!) which is awesome because they are so close to downtown. And the shower was amazing!
The location was great because it allowed us to walk to the downtown Denver attractions (Coors Field, Restaurant Row, and Colfax).
It was our first time staying with hosts through AirBnB and they made it very comfortable for us. We definitely recommend this place!
This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was wonderful! Great location, comfortable room, and Jonathan is very helpful with whatever we needed. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! Jonathan and Dominic even had breakfast with my partner and I on their lovely balcony. I definitely plan on coming back, and highly recommend this space to everyone.

About the Host, Jonathan
Hello! I work in both commercial and residential real estate. When I'm not working, I am volunteering for local organizations, skiing and hiking in the mountains, trying new restaurants and enjoying all of the cultural happenings that Denver has to offer. There is so much to do in this city and I wish I had more time to experience it all. I recently moved into the Five Points neighborhood and I have been pleasantly surprised with all of the community activities this area has to offer.
