Interaction with Guests
My husband, Dominic, and I are usually very busy during the week with work and activities. You might see us in the evenings and we are happy to hang out and share a glass of wine or beer if you want or if you prefer a quiet evening, that's cool too! We tend to spend our weekends exploring the city, spending time with family or hiking in the mountains so you might not see us that much but you can always call, text or email if you need anything.
Come stay in our guest room in a modern townhome located in the heart of the San Rafael Historic district, one of Denver's greatest historic neighborhoods close to downtown. San Rafael is part of the greater neighborhood known as Five Points.
There are several B-Cycle stations (rent-a-bike) located only a couple of blocks away as well as a bus stop steps from the front door that will take you downtown. If you fancy a ride on the light-rail, it's only a 5 block walk! Both I-25 and I-70 are close by so you can head into the mountains easily or wherever you may be going. If you are coming from the airport, a taxi will cost you about $60 one way.
You can also take Super Shuttle from the airport. It costs about $22 for the first passenger and $12 for each additional passenger, one way.
The Skyride bus, Denver's public transportation, is available for $11 per person each way. The closest stop is downtown at the bus station (Market Street Station at Market and 16th Streets). You would need to take a taxi from downtown to our place.
Jon can also pick you up/drop you off at the airport for a $30 fee (one way) depending on the day and time. If you are interested, please inquire.
Other Things to Note
We have purchased a new router so the Wifi is strong all over the house as well as the rooftop deck.
Only people on the reservation are allowed in the house unless you speak to us beforehand about other friends or relatives wanting to visit or if you would like to host a dinner party, etc. Normally it is not an issue.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
You can come and go as you please throughout your stay but it helps if you can tell us what time you plan to arrive on the first day and when you will depart on the last day.
It was a nice experience staying at Jonathan's. He was friendly. When we first arrived, we were welcomed by him. He has a nice place, very comfortable. The part i like the most was the rooftop. He was very flexible with the check in and check out. Definitely worth it
I highly recommend Jonathan's town home. I would love to stay here again! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to our last minute request to stay at his place. The town home is beautiful, the bedroom and private bathroom were perfect for my boyfriend and I, and the bed/comforter is super comfy! Oh, and the rooftop view at sunset is amazing! The location was close to everything and parking was easy.
We loved staying here! It was a our first time using Airbnb and it was a great experience. The room and amenities were just as described and Jonathan and Dominic were very welcoming and friendly. They shared their yummy craft beer with us on the rooftop patio overlooking the city. It's a great view and only a mile from downtown fun. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice and modern. 2 thumbs up!
Jonathan and Dominic were fabulous hosts - friendly, engaging and very hospitable. I had arrived from skiing all day with sun and wind burned they offered me aloe vera lotion on the spot. Their home is as pictured, exquisitely apportioned and immaculately clean. Could not have asked for a better Airbnb experience, no brainer choice should I visit Denver again!
Jonathan and Dominic were such nice and friendly hosts, always greeting me with a smile. They were easy to reach when it was time to check in, actually reaching out to me. They were very welcoming and easy to talk to even willing to help me to figure out how to get around the city.
Their town home was well decorated and in a nice area. I love the spiral staircase up to the rooftop. There were 3 different outdoor areas to chill on. I only used the rooftop one; i attempted to make a snowman. The walk to/from downtown is manageable but I usually uber-ed around for under $5 non surge pricing. The bedroom and private bath were quite nice with the spacious closet. It's also pretty cool that there are a few chairs in every room.
Came to stay with my girlfriend, and we had a wonderful time. The location was central, and we went to the zoo and Denver Museum of Nature and Science - both quick drives. The town home was well-kept, elegant, in an interesting neighborhood; and the bedroom was clean, private and quiet. Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience... Thanks Jonathan!
This is was by far my best airbnb experience ever. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars. The place was beautiful and clean. Jonathan and Dominic were the friendliest and most welcoming people. I definitely feel lucky I booked this place and suggest you do the same!!

Hello! I'm a young professional working in commercial real estate. When I'm not working I am volunteering for local organizations, skiing and hiking in the mountains, trying new restaurants and enjoying all of the cultural happenings that Denver has to offer. There is so much to do in this city and I wish I had more time to experience it all. I recently moved into the Five Points neighborhood and I have been pleasantly surprised with all of the community activities this area has to offer.
