Come stay in my modern townhome located in the heart of the San Rafael Historic district, one of Denver's greatest historic neighborhoods just a 20 minute walk from downtown. Comfy queen sized bed and a rooftop deck with skyline and mountain views!
Come stay in my guest room in a modern townhome located in the heart of the San Rafael Historic district, one of Denver's greatest historic neighborhoods close to downtown. Located only 2 blocks from a major grocery store, walking distance to fine shops and restaurants on 17th Avenue and City Park. You can even walk to the downtown area or take the light rail which is 4 blocks away! Easy street parking too! Both I-25 and I-70 are close by so you can head into the mountains easily or wherever you may be going. If you need a ride to or from the airport, I may be able to help. Ask for more details.
I am usually at home during the week days (I work from home) so check in is fairly flexible. In the evenings and weekends I'm usually skiing or out enjoying the city so the place feels like your own space. But I am always available to answer questions!
The main guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a walk-in closet and attached full bathroom fully stocked with toiletries and a hair dryer. It is very private and quiet. This bedroom is located on the 3rd floor.
The second guestroom is a home office located on the 1st floor which can easily be turned into a bedroom. I have a raised queen sized air mattress (extremely comfortable) that will accommodate up to 2 people comfortably in this room. There is a 3/4 bath next to the office for the guests' personal use. The office doors have clear glass so the room does not offer total privacy but it offers a great place to sleep (see photo). This room will only be rented out to those who need an extra sleeping space (i.e. groups of 2 or more people traveling together).
You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, television, laundry and the incredible rooftop deck area while you stay here. My home is your home for the duration of your visit. I am happy to provide suggestions of things to checkout while you are visiting. If you are looking for a peaceful but urban retreat, this is your place!
If you are coming from the airport, a taxi will cost you about $60 one way.
You can also take Super Shuttle from the airport. It costs about $22 for the first passenger and $12 for each additional passenger, one way.
The Skyride bus, Denver's public transportation, is available for $11 per person each way. The closest stop is downtown at the bus station (Market Street Station at Market and 16th Streets). You would need to take a taxi from downtown to my place.
I can also pick you up/drop you off at the airport for a $30 fee (one way) depending on the day and time. If you are interested, please inquire.
Jonathan was an amazing host ! Welcoming and answers all questions I had. Amazing apartment and I would definitely stay again !!
So many reviews already, not sure what hasn't been said. Absolutely wonderful place, comfortable bed, nice location near excellent dining (found great places for breakfast ~1mile with the assistance of yelp). Only sad part of my stay was I was so busy making the most of my short time in Denver I didn't even have a chance to meet Jonathan! Maybe next time.
This is our second time at Jonathan's place. He is so kind and gracious. We really value his willingness to work with us as we shot a short video on the sharing economy featuring his home.
This place was amazing! If you are looking for a whole apartment at a private room price, this is your place. As rarely as you see Jonathan, you'll think you have the whole place to yourself. Jonathan was a great host. Everything is nice, and new, and clean. The rooftop deck offers great views of the city and a great place to chill. I also enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and free wifi. This townhome is close enough to walk to great restaurants and entertaining, and the area feels very safe.
Jonathan's place seems brand new and is gorgeous. The guest room bed is really comfortable and the private bathroom well stocked -- no need to pack your shampoo on the plane, which was awesome. He's very nice and welcoming, and I got in and out seamlessly. His place is about a mile from downtown (it feels like a long mile as the streets are oddly laid out… every day I ended up taking a different route.) and the RTD is about a 10 minute walk away. He is in 5 Points, just east of downtown.
I did not see Jonathan once during our two night stay. That was fine though. His place is immaculate and I felt quite at home there.
Jonathan is a very accommodating and wonderful host. He let us use his beautiful apartment to shoot a short film. He's great to work with!
We had a great stay at Jonathan's amazing home, perfect location! So many options for food and fun within walking distance. And Jonathan was attentive and courteous, a really good guy!
I couldn't ask for a better first Airbnb experience. Jon is a welcoming, accommodating host; communicates in a timely fashion; and his place rocks! My friend and I were instantly pleased when we arrived at his townhouse. Street parking was no problem, the bed was super comfortable, huge closet, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of toiletries and even hair appliances. The rooftop view is, of course, spectacular. We didn't get to see much of Jon, but he still made us feel at home whenever he was around. I highly recommend. And would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Denver. Thank you Jon!!!
My stay here was groovy. :-)
